Web Hosting
We use “Hetzner,” a service provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hereinafter “Hetzner”), to host our website and content.
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hetzner.
The basis of our legitimate interest lies in the efficient and secure provision of our web presence and offerings in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR. The data covered by the data processing agreement includes personal master data, communication data (e.g., telephone, email address), contract master data, and log data. Customers and interested parties as well as employees and suppliers are affected.
Hetzner Online GmbH has an annual audit report prepared by TÜV Rheinland on its behalf. This ensures that all security standards according to Annex 2 of the DPA (Technical and organizational measures according to para. 32 GDPR and Annex) are met.
